Howard Dean Speaks to NEA Democrats
Howard Dean, Chairman of the Democratic Party, addressed a large group
of over 200 NEA Democrats at the 2008 Representative in Washington
DC. Mr. Dean talked about the 2008 elections, including the
cadnidacy of Barak Obama and the many state and city elections across
the nation. He discussed the 50 state strategy and the changing
landscape elections.
Below you will find a large but complete sound file (over 20 megs) of
the 20 minute speech. For the convenience of those with slower
